Find your artist/manager match
Many artists are looking for someone to help structure their project, book gigs or shape their strategy. Many managers have the skills and the drive, but no project to support yet. Match Day was created to bring these two worlds together.
No random rotations: meetings are prepared in advance, based on each participant's profile. Discipline, career stage, needs and skills: we cross-check the answers so that every conversation counts.
Programme
Talk — "Artists & managers: tackling the risks of the profession together". A one-hour round table moderated by Mélanie Lefebvre, founder of HEYA.
Speed matching. Each participant meets 8 to 10 profiles selected for them, in short, focused conversations.
Networking. Conversations continue over drinks and veggie bites.

How to register
Are you a manager? Register directly on Eventbrite and pay the €10 fee. Your place is confirmed as soon as payment is received.
Are you an artist? Fill in the short, free application form by 4 November. We will get back to you by 6 November at the latest. If your application is accepted, you will receive a link to pay the €10 fee and confirm your place.
Places are allocated to keep a balance between artists and managers and to ensure relevant matches.

Match Day is co-organised by HEYA, the platform connecting artists and industry professionals, and IHECS Academy, which offers a certified training programme in artist communication and (self-)management. The event is hosted by Café Ania in Ixelles.
